The Oklahoma Association of Regional Councils (OARC) unites 11 Councils of Governments that serve all 77 counties, 629 cities and towns, and 3.5 million residents. Together, these councils help local government leaders plan for growth, secure funding, strengthen public safety, and deliver vital services that improve the quality of life for Oklahomans.

OARC BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OARC is governed by a Board of Directors made up of executive leaders from each of Oklahoma’s 11 Councils of Governments. The board meets monthly to discuss legislation, hear reports from state and federal agencies, and explore new funding and collaboration opportunities.
